An alleged drunk driver caught at KFC Doncaster

According to Victoria Police, a 42-year-old man from Templestowe Lower was caught after testing positive for alcohol during a roadside breath test.

Officers were called to KFC Doncaster, after staff were alarmed to see the man going the wrong way through the fast-food restaurant's drive through.

The man's Honda sedan became stuck on the drive through curb at about 9pm Thursday, June 13.

It was revealed that the man was unlicensed. He had his car impounded for 30 days at a cost of $913.70 and is expected to be charged with traffic offences.
