Just before 1:30pm on Tuesday, two people in a vehicle lost control and drove off Ringwood - Warrandyte Road in Warrandyte.
Ambulance Victoria transported the two people to The Austin Hospital, however their conditions are unknown.
Police are investigating what caused this incident to occur.
