A brand-new cultural festival will be held in Manningham this March, bringing the community together for a vibrant celebration of diversity. Sponsored by Manningham Council, the event is being organised by the Asian Business Association of Whitehorse (ABAW). According to its president, Bihong Wang, the festival is "a vibrant celebration of our shared multicultural values." It will feature cultural performances, street food and family friendly activities.
Set to take place on Sunday, 9 March at Doncaster Reserve, next to the Jackson Court activity centre, the festival is expected to be the largest event ever held in the activity centre, according to Jackson Court Traders Association President Con Valsamis.
