Two luxury vehicles stolen from home in Templestowe Lower

On Sunday, March 23 it's alleged three offenders tried to gain entry into a house near Lynnwood Reserve, however did not succeed as doors were locked.

The offenders then decided to target a nearby house, gaining entry and stealing two luxury vehicles.

At around 2:40 am, Police units located one of the stolen vehicles and with the help of Police Air Wing assisted were able to track the offenders in Frankston.

Three youths were arrested including a 14-year-old male and two 15-year-old females.

The offenders were charged with theft of motor vehicle and bailed to appear before the Children's Court.

The next day on March 24, the second stolen vehicle was located. A suspect has been interviewed, however police are still investigating the incident.

This serves as a reminder to ensure your property is kept secure and that all doors, windows, external garage doors, gates and sheds are locked.
